Why CPR Training Matters

Cardiac emergencies happen without warning in workplaces, homes, restaurants, and public spaces across the country every single day. When someone experiences sudden cardiac arrest, their survival depends entirely on immediate action from people nearby. Emergency medical services typically arrive within eight to twelve minutes in urban areas, but brain damage from oxygen deprivation begins within four to six minutes of cardiac arrest. The gap between collapse and professional medical arrival represents the most critical window for survival, and properly trained bystanders are the only people who can fill that gap. We train employees to recognize cardiac emergencies and respond effectively during those vital first minutes when intervention makes the difference between life and death.

What Our Training Covers

Our comprehensive CPR courses teach participants to recognize cardiac emergencies, perform high-quality chest compressions at proper depth and rate, deliver effective rescue breaths, and operate automated external defibrillators safely. We cover choking relief techniques for conscious and unconscious victims of all ages. Training includes adult, child, and infant CPR procedures, recognizing that emergency response techniques vary based on victim age and size. Participants receive extensive hands-on practice with professional-grade training manikins that provide immediate feedback on compression depth, rate, and hand placement. We teach participants how to assess scene safety before approaching victims, check for responsiveness and breathing, activate emergency response systems appropriately, and continue CPR until professional help arrives or the victim recovers. Every course meets current American Heart Association guidelines and provides nationally recognized certification valid for two years.
